I created a space with a catalogue of resources for those wanting to take initiative for their own well-being. Most of us forget or are not taught that we are capable of controlling many extrinsic factors which attribute to premature aging of the body. This type of aging affects the skin, the joints, the mind, connective tissues, organs and all cells of the body.
The environment that we create for ourselves plays a critical role in in how our immune system functions. Key elements to our personal environment are: The way we eat, stress, what we eat, how much sleep we get, the company we keep, exercise, hobbies, what we do for work and even our morals play a role.
While there are inevitable elements that we have no control over, there are certain practices and tools that we can use to overcome challenges and even get ahead.
Each series that I create and share will be intentional and serve a purpose. Think of it as an ergonomic guide for self help and quick tips. Many of these practices that I share can be integrated seamlessly throughout your day at work, at home, at school or wherever you end up.
